The City of Fitchburg will host its Spring Recycling Event on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the City of Fitchburg Campus, 5520 Lacy Road.
Residents can safely dispose of confidential paper and unwanted electronics. Confidential documents will be securely shredded and recycled, with a limit of three grocery bags per household. The event will also accept electronics such as computers, printers, phones, and other small electronic devices.
This event provides a convenient and responsible way for residents to recycle materials that should not be placed in regular household trash.
