In a life-threatening emergency, every second counts, and knowing how to perform Hands-Only CPR can make a critical difference. Hands-Only CPR is a simple and effective technique designed for anyone to help save a life during a cardiac arrest. Fitch-Rona EMS paramedics will teach you how to do Hands-Only CPR and use an AED.
