The City of Fitchburg Assessing Department is finalizing property values for 2025 as part of an interim market update revaluation, similar to last year’s process.
What's Next: Notices of updated assessments will be mailed on June 5, 2025.
Open Book Period: Property owners can review and discuss their assessments from June 9 to June 18 during regular City Hall hours.
