Around 3:45 p.m. Monday, Fitchburg officers responded to an armed robbery at Chase Bank, located at 3052 Cahill Main.
Two suspects entered the bank, displayed firearms, and demanded cash from the teller. A K9 track was attempted but unsuccessful in locating the suspects. Nobody was injured during the robbery.
Personnel from the Madison and Monona Police Departments, as well as the Dane County Sheriff’s Office, responded to assist.
