As this is a public information meeting, there will be the opportunity for discussion, questions and responses from those who attend. You will be asked to use your 'raise hand' button at the bottom of the screen to be recognized to speak. Your video will remain off and you will be unmuted only when you are recognized. Chat will be disabled except for receiving questions for the presenters.
