Heartland Ecological will be performing prescribed burns on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at five sites in Fitchburg. Burn areas include Swan Creek North Waterway, Nine Springs Pond, Schumann Greenway and NW McKee Farms Park, Apache Pond, and Lacy Heights Pond and Infiltration.
