Details:
On February 2, at approximately 5:20 pm, Fitchburg Officers responded to the 6200 block of Nesbitt Rd, for a vehicle vs a building accident. When officers arrived on scene, they discovered the driver of the vehicle had backed into the building's air conditioners and gas lines. As a precaution, the business was temporarily evacuated. There were no injuries reported from the crash. MG&E responded to the scene to assist with the damaged gas lines. Due to the gas service being turned off, half of the business closed. There were no citations or arrests.
