- Young Grasshoppers (ages 5-7) | 5:00-5:45pm
- Tween Tigers (ages 8-12) | 5:45-6:45pm
- Teen Dragons (ages 13-17) | 6:45-7:45pm
Hybridized program of Mixed Martial Arts (Kickboxing, Grappling) and Chinese Martial Arts (Mind-body). There are many fantastic reasons to start a martial arts club, making friends, building confidence, improving fitness, while developing cool and fun skills. We focus on building our students - influenced by positive coaching, natural movement, youth fitness, and steps towards our personal best. We connect everything we do to one principle and that is self-discipline.
