Now less than 24 hours away, our Community Night Out is an event you won't want to miss.
Join the Fitchburg Police Department Wednesday night at McKee Farms Park to meet neighbors and first responders to help celebrate and strengthen our partnership with the community. As evidence of this partnership, you'll even get a chance to leave a handprint behind on one of our squads.
This family-friendly and totally free event will feature visits from UW Health Med Flight and Wisconsin National Guard helicopters, a petting-farm experience from Havens Petting Farm, Fitchburg's own K9 Drago, horses from the UW-Madison Police Department Mounted Unit, emergency vehicle displays, mascots, and a number of displays from incredible community resources and organizations. Free food, refreshments, and shave ice from Kona Ice will be provided. Face painting and bounce houses will also be available.
