Around 11:48 a.m. Monday, several 911 callers reported gunfire in the 2200 block of High Ridge Trail. Responding officers located multiple casings in an apartment complex parking lot. Officers found that bullets had struck three unoccupied cars and learned another had struck a nearby townhome. Residents of the townhome were on the patio when the bullet struck.
No injuries were reported.
A man believed to be involved was detained shortly after the incident and remains in custody.
The investigation remains open and active. There is no additional information available for release at this time.
