Justine Wendland is a 54 year old vulnerable adult with medical and mental health concerns. According to Justine's mother, Justine has not been taking her medication consistently over the past week. Justine was last seen by her apartment manager on 7-30-19 around 4:00pm in the 2900 block of Fish Hatchery Rd. in Fitchburg, WI. She has no access to a vehicle, cell phone and she does not have any financial accounts. Justine is friendly and walks around the area but there is no knowledge of specific areas she like to go.
Last seen wearing: Red T-shirt, Blue jeans, Black and white sandals, she also probably has her feet/ankles wrapped in bandages
