On Sunday, June 23, 2019 at 5:51 p.m., Officers from the Fitchburg Police Department were dispatched to the 3300 block of Leopold Way for several shots fired in the area. Witnesses on scene indicated there was a disturbance between several males that occurred in the street which was followed by 4-6 shots being fired. After the shots were fired, several vehicles likely occupied by the involved parties left the area. There have been no reports of injuries related to this incident at this time.
