On Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 7:57 p.m., Fitchburg Officers responded to the Princeton Club at 2920 Hardrock Road, for a report of a man who assaulted a woman in the parking lot.
After exiting the gym, the victim was followed to her car by the suspect. As she opened the door, the suspect pushed her into the car and punched her several times. The victim started.to scream at which point the suspect ran away.
A K9 track was conducted but the suspect was not immediately located. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 18-24 years old, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds with a stocky or muscular build, short hair, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, and black sweatpants.
