On Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at approximately 6:40 a.m., Fitchburg police officers and emergency medical personnel responded to the intersection of Crescent Road and Apache Drive for a report of a person down. Responding personnel found the person deceased and initiated a death investigation.
There are no suspicious circumstances related to this death investigation and there is no threat to the public.
The investigation remains open pending an autopsy. There is no further information to release at this time.
