On December 12th, 2016, officers from the Fitchburg Police Department investigated a report of inappropriate sexual contact that occurred during a massage at Massage Envy located at 6231 McKee Road.
As a result of the investigation, Massage Envy employee Christopher J. Ehrett was arrested for 3rd Degree Sexual Assault.

Massage Envy ownership was made aware of the investigation and has cooperated.
