Community members are invited to help protect local waterways during Fitchburg’s Waterway Cleanup Day on Saturday, April 18, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
Volunteers will assist with cleanup efforts along Swan Creek, Quarry Hill, Dunn’s Marsh, and the Yarmouth Greenway, helping remove litter and keep these important natural areas healthy.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Gloves, bags, and safety vests will be provided.
