Falcon Drilling and Blasting, Inc. will be performing blasting at the Hartung Fields construction site located at the intersection of Lacy and Haight Farm/Blaney Road. This work is scheduled for Friday, July 12, 2024, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
We anticipate minimal disruption to residents. Prior to detonation, the contractor will drill into the rock and cover it with dirt to reduce noise. Some residents may notice slight vibrations, and pets may become alert. However, for most individuals, the impact will be negligible.
Residents in proximity to the site, specifically those at Limerick or Addison, may experience slightly more noticeable effects. Nonetheless, the majority of residents are unlikely to be aware of the activity.
