On Saturday, April 13, 2024, Mayor Julia Arata-Fratta was recognized by the Board of Directors of Prospanica Milwaukee because of her role as a respected local Latina leader who consistently exceeds expectations within the Latino community in Dane County. She was recognized during an event “Discover the Power of Community Over Competition” at the Spark Building located in Madison, WI.
