Mail-In

Mail your completed registration form (Español: formulario de registro) with payment to:
Fitchburg Recreation Dept.
5520 Lacy Road, Fitchburg WI 53711

Walk-In

Registrations are accepted in person Monday - Thursday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Recreation Office located in the Fitchburg Community Center (5510 Lacy Road).

24-Hour Drop Box

After normal business hours, the registration form (Español: formulario de registro) and payment may be placed in the drop box located inside the front doors of City Hall (5520 Lacy Road).
